Something I wanted to finished for a while in between WIPs.

Thanks! I made them by drawing a bunch of blue dribbles on an Overlay layer, and added a brighter blue Drop Shadow effect on it as a quick-and-dirty method of giving it an outline, then added highlights on another layer. It came out nice here, but I think next time I'll hand-draw the outlines.
