Lol, I loved you talking about the timeline fuckery. OoT sets it up so that every single game is a result of THIS game. The timeline that you were sent back to is one timeline. The one where you defeated Ganon was another. And there's a third that is the result of you failing to stop Ganon in the Adult Link timeline (so any Game Over is technically the third timeline). Each of these timelines results in a different branch of the games. Can't remember which game it was in, but they go into the story of how Link/Zelda are basically the descendents of the original duo while Ganon like reincarnates. It's funny that you likened that scene in the sky to Kingdom Hearts 3, because this game basically turned this series into KH meets FF7 Remake. Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry too many of the YouTube comments were a-holes, but I'm sure you're used to that. Something you saw, but didn't realize: in the Hyrule fields as Adult Link, there are Giant Poes that are different from the regular ones you can catch. You have to chase them down riding Epona and shooting them from horseback. Once you catch all of them you get the 4th bottle. When I first played this game, I tried to 100% it and one of the Poes clipped through an area they weren't supposed to, and I could never get them out.

2024-06-30 04:37:54 +0000 UTCI feel like the hookshot pad in the fire area is an emulator issue tbh, I don't recall this ever happening on the N64 or the gamecube port. I've noticed some other weird issues e.g. the redeads in the market down have basically ignored you the entire game.

Great reason why I want everyone to just play this game if they play any in the Zelda series, my favorite series, cause this story is so crazy especially with the 7 year time skip, life kind of just speeds up on you in real life and turns from this innocent endeavor to some real shit. Glad you enjoyed the game bro I’ve been watching since you started this Zelda series and it was awesome to see the game through your fresh perspective. I literally signed up for patreon to see more episodes cause I couldn’t get enough. Don’t let any of the bums in the comments, that were coming at your intelligence get to you, if I hadn’t played this game so many times (much like they probably have) I don’t think I’d even come close to as fast as you had when it came to figuring things out. Then Twilight Princess is set up a 100 years later. Wind Waker is connected to Ocarina of Time adult timeline probably 100 years later as well. Cannot wait to see your Majora Mask’s playthrough!

I know the first half hour was fairly frustrating, but I’m glad it didn’t dampen your enjoyment of the final battle. The reveal of the organ playing was amazing. What a treat to watch!
