I think the point of interest near the car was the hotel history plate on the wall, one you already had seen at that point. Its weird that they leave hanging sometimes, it can happen to clues and other objectives as well, and can be annoying. It rarely happened to me tho, but one manuscript page on my map almost made me lose my mind. =P

2023-11-16 12:03:16 +0000 UTCYeah, same for me, on my first play through I only got 1 major bug and almost no minor ones. Then after they released the first major patch I started to see bugs.. ?? and on my current run on Hard mode I have only gotten one glitch where the graphics suddenly stopped to load all the way, leaving the textures bit blurry, then saved and restarted and it was all good. Edit: Oh and I played on PC.
