I agree this was a really good episode (but I’ll admit, half way through I was saying to myself, “can’t we just go back to the early cotton candy feels?”). The mom storyline is tough. It’s such a big deal leaving your son like that, like truly abandoning him without a word. All the accumulated years of trauma. I’m glad Sant did some reconciliation because it will help him, but argh.
