Haha, you’re not rude at all! I love hearing everyone’s perspective! I totally see where you’re coming from, but honestly, I do this with all characters, no matter who they are 😅. Maybe it’s a double standard, but not toward a specific character (just anyone who fits that profile). I know it’s not exactly the same, but I treated it the same way with Alex vs Dean (though to be fair, Pharm only had eyes for Dean, so not much of a comparison there) and with Yeo Woon vs. Sangwoon; again, not quite the same since Myungha never really cared for Sangwoon. My point is, I naturally root for the main, obvious couple. I know that creates a bias as a viewer, and maybe that’s even intentional? Honestly, I don’t think I could do it any differently unless the other character had a real shot...then I’d root for them too! In this case, I genuinely felt bad for her character and wished she could move on just because I know she deserved a lot better than what Sangwoo could offer.

2025-03-18 11:52:58 +0000 UTCI don’t mean to be rude😭 but I feel it was a bit of a double standard to constantly tell the girl to give up and let her crush go when you never told the guy to give up and let it go even though he treated them both with no intrerest in the beginning. Just because we as the viewers know it’s gonna go in the favor of the male love interest doesn’t mean we can be ignorant to the fact that the female love interest is unaware of the MC preferring men over women in the end. Her efforts were fair and understandable. Even if he wasn’t showing her that much interest, he was being kind and that’s more than enough motivation for a headstrong girl like her to keep pursing a love she believes is meant to be.
