The two of these are the first Patreon one and the second Public one.
The Differences are:
The Patreon version has an extended ending, which I cut because I felt like the code was a bit too "condescending" to those who didn't get what Monika said but had a cute enough ending to justify making it exclusive.
The Public version has a Patreon teaser in the transition and obviously the animation is cut shorter.
