New character! Been wanting to have a white-haired girl for a while now, glad to finally have one!

Some basic info on her is that first off, she's leucitic, meaning the white hair and feathers are typically black, but are white due to a lack of pigment.

As a cormorant person, she is adept in the water and sky, making her a valuable asset. She also naturally has a stomach that takes up most of her abdomen which allows her to catch foes larger than her with relative ease.

However, like cormorants, her feathers are not totally waterproof, and is unable to fly while wet. Due to her leucism, drying off takes longer, as most rely on their black feathers absorbing the sun's heat to evaporate water clinging to their wings.
