what really confuses me... in that song in the beginning, no one mourns the wicked, the guy doing elphaba's mom has the same voice of the wizard... so is the fake wizard her actual biological father??

Also on a side note: I love Ethel Cain to death and her new project is an experience BUT the genre she tackles (slowcore, ambient) is not good for a reaction video. The songs are extremely long, at times barely any lyrics and long periods without much happening. Again, while I think it's certainly interesting, I believe you'd be better of listening to it on your own. Loved this video!!

2025-01-19 23:33:44 +0000 UTCSome Hopefully Helpful Clarifications: 1. Nobody except Elphaba’s mother is aware that the governor is not her real father, nor that she cheated. 2. Glinda is not the one to kill Elphaba. The two truly love each other, even though they sometimes argue. 3. Glinda decides not to go with Elphaba out of fear of change and the unknown. She has lived a life as a spoiled rotten only child, always getting everything she wanted, so it’s hard for her to give that up. Elphaba, on the other hand has nothing to lose after all she’s been through and is just fed up with all the BS. 4. Though Elphaba does lowkey take her man, Glinda is still devastated by everything that happens to Elphaba, but she is forced to put up a front (More on this in Part 2). P.S. LOVED this reaction and would love to see more movie reactions.
