Try these steps: Try different browser Open the link in an incognito/private window. Make sure you’re logged into a Google account. Click the “Make a copy to My Drive” option if it appears. Try downloading from the Google Drive app instead of the browser. If it still doesn't work for you please let me know, I'll make a new upload for you.
