Fallout 4 - Revy Top - exclusive access

- when I release stuff, it's usually standalone but this requires the Revy Jeans released previously to work. Since I knew I was going to make this when I made the jeans, I've named things with the intent of having a single plugin for the whole outfit. Install those first, then install and overwrite with this release after.
- this top was also made with the Revy holster in mind. It's not needed for this release to function properly on a technical level, but visually, the folds and wrinkles on the cloth are made to be used in conjunction with that. I'm not going to force this on you by joining models or things of that nature, but you really should use these items together, the top will look a bit odd otherwise.

2022-05-07 20:21:46 +0000 UTCHaha, yeah no argument there. :P Technically, she also has fingerless gloves, so for a full set, those would have to be made too. I'd place more importance on the boots myself, but regardless, I'm not sure if those will get made right now though. The only thing I "planned" for was the top since it was quick and there's other leftover stuff, so I don't know what to do at the moment and in what order.
