No, that's not feasible. Body has to be made unique each time and it would wreak havoc in terms of out of box compatibility with other items, everything would be in the same slot and people that can't modify these files to work around that wouldn't be able to use it. As I said in the main release post, it's just a experiment. I might use it from time to time but that's it, I can't put it on everything. Which tattoo ? If it's the dragon on the hip, that's not available anywhere, I put it on there myself. If it's the chest eagle it's in one of the looksmenu packs on nexus, don't recall which
