TROUBLESHOOTING MEMBERSHIP

A few tips for sign ups who are struggling,

If your access does not flow through after following these specific steps:

On Discord: Ensure you are registered with HotBot /register (note you need an up to date discord client on your device to use slash commands)

On Patreon Website (Not App): Connect discord to your account (My Profile Settings>Apps>Discord)

On Discord: Issue an /identify with the bot (it should recognize your subscription level)
