A bit quiet lately

I apologize for the lack of updates recently. Not only the job/work stuff that the company stacked up on me has been quite dense - basically making me spent entire work days from 9AM to 5PM in remote sessions with customers (many times even non-stop without lunch breaks and such), but the area I live in has been hit by a heat wave recently and the combination of the two factors has pretty much sucked all creativity out of me.

I have a longer caption/shorter story in process of writing for the next update that was supposed to be posted week ago already however, due to the above I only got to writing two pages of the text with still more to go. Good thing about it is that at least the image it is supposed to go up with is already finished.

Basically it is my classic summer - holed down in a room with no air conditioning, large, south facing windows, 3 rendering workstations, 2 NAS arrays, an ESXi server, a firewall, a big noisy UPS a network switch and lots and lots of cables to hook all this together...

As you can probably imagine, the temperatures are quite high without even doing any rendering.

Hopefully the temperatures will drop soon at least a bit in order to allow me to get at least some of that creativity back. Well... fingers crossed...
