Nice one! As fun as all the chapters establishing and developing the group dynamics were, it's great to finally have some progress in the actual journey again. Getting a bit worried about MC though. In addition to just keeping it all bottled up, not allowing himself any stress relief/ease of frustration except certain activities that may prove detrimental to the whole group if not handled well AND the lack of proper nutrition he's now also beating himself up over getting used to kill to survive and worrying about how this is going to mess him up. That's not good. If I was there, I'd try to help ease his mind with a little known bit of trivia. The clear majority of veteran soldiers who've seen real combat actually DON'T develop any major mental health issues. On average, war veterans that develop PTSD even once in their entire lifes (meaning there's no way to tell if it truly came from said experiences as such) is 29%. And that's for men and women combined. For men alone, data implies it's closer to like 18%. One thing that we tend to forget about ourselves is that our species had to spend literal millenia perfecting the uncanny ability to seamlessly fuse the warm parent who rocks their child on their knees while telling a funny bedtime story with the coldblooded monster that, in the harshest time of winter, goes over to the neighbour's home and slaughters the entire family to get the food that their own family needs to survive until spring. And a few generations of relative peace did little to rob us of that seemingly insane mental skill. So while PTSD is very much a b*tch and needs to be taken seriously, MC is by no means guaranteed to get it by being forced to kill someone or rediscovering the unforgiving reality of survival. And doing these things doesn't mean he'll have trouble appreciating the value of life once all is over either. It makes him a more efficient survivor. Nothing more, and nothing less. But of course, that doesn't make for quite as much of a dramatic story. So you do you ;-) On an artistic note, there were a few times in this chapter were the shadowing of the characters eyes was a bit too intense, eclipsing the whites of their eyes and making them seem black. It was most noticeable in th gym storage room with Laura during the segment with THAT choice (so grateful to finally have had that opportunity by the way!), but there were a few other instances also. Looking forward to the next one!

If you're referring to the fight with Laura, this is the opening part of another "fight" later in the game that will vary greatly depending on a number of factors.

Finished Chapter 10 and really enjoyed it. Along the way I think I found a dialogue bug with Laura in the gym -- how would I go about reporting it?

Without getting spoilery, I, somehow, expected the aftermath of one particular event to be even worse. Really enjoying the story so far.
