While I'm complaining about computers... Websites that prioritise conversion, to the detriment of existing users. I get hit with marketing screens when I'm already logged in. When I'm trying to log in, the register link is prominent, but the sign in link is either de-emphasised, or sometimes on another page. Sometimes I have to click "register" so I can see the option to sign into an existing account. Fuck every designer who does this, and fuck every engineer who doesn't argue with their designers over this.

2022-04-13 02:28:30 +0000 UTCI don't know what they did between 7 and 10, but windows 10 is practically unusable without an SSD. Unbelievably slow to do incredibly basic things.
