This development preview will give you a look into new features coming to Oh So Hero!
The game's two developers, Ket & Red, comprise the programming and art/animation sides, respectively.

Hi everyone! We hope you are doing well~
My goal was to have a new build ready at the end of this month, but there are still a lot of fixes to be made. I want to make sure the next build is as good as possible with plenty of testing from me and the team. With luck, I should have something ready to go by mid-October. We’ll certainly have another update next month, but let me catch you up on my progress for now.
I’ve spent a lot of time revamping the touch controls for Android. I even made two separate layouts you can choose between.


There will be multiple options you can use to customize the on-screen touch controls. I’m also adding support for tap/touch controls to various parts of the game. I’ll go into full details about this and other improvements when the build is ready next month.

Hey guys! Hope you are all doing well.
Just wanted to share a small set of WIPs with you!

This is the second section of the upcoming area. It's currently missing a lot of the "ruins" aspect to it at the moment. (I stupidly lost a bit of work after I broke something.)
These are large cave areas where outsiders come to line their pockets up with resources. Joe will need to use this big drill machine to break down walls and make progress section by section.
Joe will be running into archaeologists as well, helping him make additional progress in the area.

I also want to have the effect of star showers happening in the background giving this odd kind of deep vastness of space while still being underground.
Joe will have to occasionally avoid getting hit by passing mine carts.

I expect a lot of the lighting oddities to be ironed out once the 3D meshes are unified.
