New Reward: Adviser Ideas!

About a week before we make the monthly Adviser Poll, we'll make an Adviser Ideas post where you can give us your suggestions of art to draw! We'll use selections from these ideas to craft our Adviser Poll options, thus allowing you direct input towards our upcoming content. We hope you enjoy this new addition, and we look forward to drawing your ideas!
