But I have this parallel fear of him "going with the flow" due to everything Norman points out, and because from Souta's perspective that's the most likely scenario right now. Well, a few of the songs on the official playlist, as well as Nao's official playlist, indicate that he will only ever love Souta and other relationships aren't really an option (yes, I take my analysis seriously). So I wish I could completely turn off the worst case scenarios in my head

When he first had something going on with a girl, he just went along with it and the last time he rejected a girl, he was in a really bad mental state. He probably likes Souta, but he has no clue, that Souta likes him back. He just overheard, that Souta went on a "date" with the girl Souta told him, he wants to kiss. And we have no information whether or not Nao has accepted his sexuality, whatever it will be. He would not be the first non-straight teenage boy getting into a relationship with a girl to suppress his affection for the same sex.

I think that when Arashi confesses to Nao, he’s going to let her down gently and maybe/hopefully that he likes someone else. (Aka Souta)

I could see it going two ways either A Arashi will try to confess and Nao will cut her off and explain he doesn’t like her OR she will try to confess and Souta will over hear, the reason it’s a half confession would be because Souta probably would run away not wanting to over hear or over step. I think the second option could lead into the panel we got a spoiler for last year, the one where Souta and Nao are holding hands, I haven’t looked at the panel in a while but if I remember correctly they are wearing something similar to what they are wearing in this chapter. This is just a theory I wanted to share to see others opinions and ideas!! Keep up the amazing work Aina ❤️❤️
