Chapter 2.3, Fix 2 for Patreons

in the course of preparing the public version of Chapter 2.3 I detected a few more bugs, especially in regard to images not being displayed correctly. Additionally some of you have reported some more bugs, so I am releasing another fix for Chapter 2.3, so you have also access to the latest best and bug-free-est version in the HD and cheat edition.
