Weekly Update – The story of a side quest

Since last week’s update I’ve spent quite a lot of my time working on integrating a new major side-quest into the game. A fan submitted a really great and extensive event to XXXivilization I liked so much that I immediately wanted to implement the story with rendered images. You can see the main character of the story in the image above – the thief Abithania. It is a quest that takes place in the end-game of the current Chapter 2 storyline and features a variety of different content and – depending on your choices – two new characters.
If you ever feel like adding your own content to the game, your own side-quests or stories, don′t hesitate to submit them over at http://events.xxxivilization.com.
Other than that I’ve worked on some more complex creatures to render and equip with images – I′m talking Wingstalkers and forest Catgirls. As you can imagine, those take a bit more time than the usual encounters but, as I stated in a previous update, I want most of the default encounters to have images.
