December Update/Poll

Hey friends, in a bit of a pickle. I currently have Meg part 4 done and waiting to be posted. Part 3, which is a fully animated breast expansion shot, is taking forever and is a lot of work. So here's what I'm thinking.

I could get it done by the end of the month, but it would be rushed. Like, probably good enough, but I want to really knock it out of the ballpark with this one if I can. It's been really amazing to work on and new details and ideas come to me every now and again and I'd love to incorporate them, but I also don't want to disappoint you guys who have been waiting for this since I announced it in November. It's also literally ten times as much work as any other single months' worth of art I've ever posted here, and while I am not surprised I didn't think it'd be THIS draining. It's dozens of drawings, all with color. And she's got a lot of quirky little details!

So how's this? I take the extra time to make her animation as robust as possible for January, and for the rest of December I post the already finished part 4 (spoilers: she turns into a blueberry) and some WIPs of Meg and maybe some other sketches to make up the difference? Nothing too crazy since I would still be working on Meg for next month, but I want you guys to get your money's worth for THIS month. Not something fully rendered but definitely multiple sketches of Meg or a pinup of her or another girl, maybe something seasonal, yadda yadda. This would also give me time to take a bit of a break from the animation if I need to, to prevent burnout. I've been working nonstop on this animation for weeks.

What do you say? And thanks, as always, for supporting me but also being so patient as I continue to figure this shit out! I have learned the lesson to not promise full animation unless I have infinite time and energy. lol

I think most people will be fine with waiting a little longer for part 3 if it gives you more time to refine it. A break to indulge in some seasonal fun isn't a bad idea to avoid burnout either!

Also, if you do make a seasonal piece, I can think of one green-eyed, red-headed girl who would be ecstatic to have a Blue Christmas this year. ;)

As usual, I want you to take the time you need to deliver a polished, well-made final product that you can be proud of. We'll all enjoy it more as a result, and you won't grind your hands down to nubs by crunching on an animation.
