1.22d Release (Don Fix)

Kidding aside, this fixes the issue where attached Don aren't being returned if a character is "KO'd" with the Don attached.
I've attached two different patchers, one for people who already updated to 1.22c, and one for people still on the old 1.22b. Hopefully they're self-explanatory!

Cleaning up the Trash View is high on the priority list but it's a big task. Would definitely be cool to have it "pre-sorted", I'll keep that in mind!

2024-05-24 16:11:08 +0000 UTCI just had an idea and wanted to share it here. hopefully, Batsu sees it. I think it would be really cool if we could pick cards in the deck editor that would go to a secondary trash pile, similar to how a lot of players organize their trash in paper play. It would be great for decks like BYLuffy and Gecio where some cards in the trash matter a lot more than others.
