This update brings a new system that simulates the weight and inertia of a driver's head during acceleration, braking, and cornering. The camera now reacts to the car's body roll and pitch with a subtle delay, creating a more immersive and organic feel.
What’s New in v0.5:
The camera now senses the car’s pitch and roll and reacts with controlled delay.
A mass-spring simulation makes the camera follow the car's movement gradually instead of instantly.
This results in smoother transitions and removes robotic, unnatural behavior.
New UI Controls:
Pitch Response – Controls how much the camera reacts to forward/backward tilt.
Roll Response – Controls reaction to side-to-side tilt.
Suspension Delay – Sets how slow the camera reacts (higher = more inertia).
Suspension Damping – Reduces unwanted oscillations.
Default values are subtle, but everything is adjustable if you want a more aggressive effect.
