Below is the solution we found for iPhone users, which might also help with Android. I hope it helps—let me know how it goes. Best regards! --------- iPhone users: If you try to open and watch the videos on IOS, they won't load. They will work only if you open them with a browser, for example Safari. Do the following: hold down your finger on the link and you should get a option to open it on safari. It works fine on the safari browser, just not in the google drive app.
