As you well know, men have very thin and poor breast tissue and little receptivity to hormonal signals. A bulging breast in a man can be at the expense of an increase in breast tissue or an increase in adipose tissue (fat), that would be the so-called 'false breast'.
Women have both: abundant breast tissue and good development of the mammary glands within that tissue and also a percentage of fatty tissue.

Just watching this is making the urge to start HRT overwhelming. The sooner the better, and an important step towards my complete Feminization journey.
