Sekibanki and Kokoro Designs!

Wanted to give Kokoro a bit more of a traditional look while keeping her iconic pumpkin skirt - but I wouldn't be lying if I said trying to add in her plaid design was not easy ;w;) So it sadly is going to be cut from this version of her. With Sekibanki I wanted to make sure she gave this rouge look but still had a little girlie flare to her. Also gave her a cute ponytail! I was worried she looked a bit toooo much like Cirno sooo I wanted to try making a small difference but keep her bob hair style a little intact.
