Sorry to heard about that. I can't understand how some people can manage to steal projects made with lots of love by indie creators especially at such very low price (being myself an independent artist in a completely different field I already felt that). :'( In your case I'm very impressed how your project is fully scratch-made and never been done before for Assetto Corsa. To be honest one of my biggest gripe I had with this game was the lack of a nice-looking home menu (stock Kunos launcher looks quite rough and more like a webpage than a proper game UI; while I'm a huge fan of Content Manager but I always saw it at a "content/mods manager" maybe due to the fact it is a application with a desktop GUI approach) and questionable trees/vegetations in-game (but that's another unrelated story), an aspect which is getting fulfilled by your work-in-progress which have lots of potential. Anyway we hope this negative event will not discourage you in the development of this project. Good luck! 💛

This is a fantastic mod and I have no doubt a ton of work has gone into it. It’s sad that people pirate these things. At the tier 3 ($6.50) this mod was a steal as it is!! Thanks Alex for making AC fun to play again. Excellent work.

That’s screwed, I hope your able to get their IP banned from the site for what they have done. Shame on them for pirating a mod, let alone one that is still in development. I hope no one gets trapped by this fraud.

I just hope that more people starts thinking the same things as you guys, then literally don't mind them anymore.

£2.50 (£3 with Patreon's fees) is insanely cheap for what you've done Alex, I'm absolutely blown away. I've seen the vids (Jimmy's vid got me on board and only just subbed to see what the fuss is about first hand) spent last night downloading most of the required mods. If people are going to steal and put it up elsewhere you have every right to put a takedown on that site. It's not right, you can see how much work has gone into this mod. Its fantastic. I look forward to seeing what's next.

If i repost the site some other users will download it from there an so on. It's like hating: even that can make something popular. That's why i will ignore that. I posted this just because i'm pretty upset about pirating a project that costs 2.50€.

This shit always happens in every modding community, it's a shame. Can't you send a takedown notice? And if you provide the website here, maybe your patreons can ask to remove the links, in the ets2 community this works well with most of the modding websites.
