NATO40 Adapters/Blockers/Valves/Connectors- 2025 Update (Complete Overhaul)
Added 2025-02-26 08:37:12 +0000 UTCHey all,
This is a major overhaul and design refresh of all the adapters, blockers, T connectors and breakaway, whilst including new Y connector, and one way valve.
This system utilises the same core mechanism, which improves simplicity and increases customisation options. Utilising there RB rotatable connectors.

This post contains the following:
NATO40 Male (M): This is the Male NATO40 connector
NATO40 Female (F): This is the Female Nato40 connector
Male Insert: This is required to assemble the Male NATO40 connector
Female Insert: This is required to assemble the Female NATO40 Connector
NATO40 Core - Using the NATO40 core, with the NATO40 M or NATO40 F Connector (with corresponding inserts) allows you to create M/M, F/M and F/F adapters.
T connector Body - Create a T Connector. Use with the Connectors above.
Y Connector Body - Functions the same as the T connector, just different style
One-way valve core - NEW - A one way valve body, similar style to the NATO40 core with the option to insert an Umbrella valve. With out the umbrella valve this core will function the same as the NATO40 core, however it is large. See details below for the umbrella valve it was designed to. I will soon have an option to buy these valves on my website, however they were bought from aliexpress :)
Blocker and restrictor heads: These contain the same 5, 3, 1 and 0 holes as the original blocker and restrictors, but they are now designed to work with the rotatable connectors. - These heads act as the body themselves, so all you need is the connector and corresponding insert.
Breakaway Body A and B- together they form the breakaway mechanism which can then have the M or F on either end.
Anaesthesia to NATO40 - designed to work with the NATO40 core (It will work with the T or Y connectors, one way valve or the breakaway)
The mechanism of assembly
The M or F inserts are first placed into the M or F connector, this should cause a bit of the insert to stick out of the bottom. This insert is then pushed into the holes on the core or connectors etc.
All of these files work with the Bambu Lab X1C and P1S. If the tolerance is not right, change adjust the insert scale % to work.

Comments
Hi all, It seems the T connector body file is missing, in any way the one for the panic air valve
