Regarding EA’s statement:
Added 2022-08-01 13:23:53 +0000 UTCCurrently, and until we get a clear statement from EA regarding early access content, I will be continuing with early access for 2/3 weeks on my creations. I think it is also important for me to discuss the amount of hate messages I have received. Numerous people have commented (mainly via Twitter) that my High School Years Add-on’s are ‘lazy’ and not worth being behind an early access time frame. I would like to stress how much work goes into add-on set such as my High School Years pack, and is not just simple mesh edits but takes hours of editing and tweaking textures and meshes to be seamless with EA’s standards.
Please be kind to cc creators. I understand the frustration that everyone is feeling in this time and even more so in light of the new statement. This is confusing for all of us trust me. I think the best thing to do is just wait till we get further clarification from EA and act from thereon out.
I will also add here, thank you to each and everyone of you guys that have supported me. Whether that be through liking, commenting and sharing my content or to even be so generous to pledge and donate to me. It is truly amazing the impact you have had on this period of my life, and I really wish to continue and grow more over the next couple of years of The Sims 4 and beyond 💖

Even though the hate messages come always remember there is a much bigger community out here with no hate at all 💗💗💗

I am happy to continue to pay for early access, the only creators that need to be punished by this new policy are those who were cheating the system and community by never releasing their stuff for free.
