TLS Art Preview #47
Added 2025-08-20 17:00:12 +0000 UTCAnother set of scenes for everyone to peruse! We have Yarra and Carina collaborating on healing, Sarai having her first time (one of the longer scenes), and the orgy at the end of Gawnfall. Lots of executive decisions in this set, trying to make everything work out within a reasonable amount of time.
With this set, we're getting fairly close to finishing all Chapter 4 scenes, but we're going to do a different set next preparing for the 1.0.0 release. More on that after it happens.

I'm not sure what would count as a deeper meaning in this case, but it was a decision we made about elven anatomy. I felt like it's not interesting if elves are just humans with pointy ears, and since this is an adult game, we discussed ways that their intimate traits could vary. We settled on them having consistent secondary coloring. Altina, Lynine, and Orilise are all the same species, just slightly different ethnicities. Anyway, you will see me trying to do something different with dwarves as well.

I don't know if it's based on race, but it seems to match the hair color (brown for Altina, yellow for Lynine, blue for Orilise, tho all 3 being a different race... maybe). Kinda reminds me of anime, where the eyes match the hair ('DoReMi' for example). I like the idea and it gives elves another way to be different, without making it overly crass ('Divinity: Original Sin 2'). Is there an in-game reason (other than being elves) I haven't seen yet (Chapter 3), or was it an artistic choice without a deeper meaning?
