I need a beach bar

I've been searching extensively where I can buy a beach bar or a pool bar environment but there are very limited number of options (1) so I think I will need to build my own. It's interesting to think a bit about it; there a dozens of similar scenes available yu can buy but not this one...but why ? The pool or beach bar is really an ideal scene to set up a place where people can meet in "interesting " outfits. So why is it so scarce ? I'll try to build one myself :-)
