Camera fix, another try: 2023.3.patch3

I changed the input processing once again and added mouse sensitivity settings. Here, the red slider is right in the general game settings. Default value is 4, but you can try to play with it and check if helps.
PS. As usual, unpack the game in a separate folder, don't mix files of the new build with the previous one.
