One guy mentioned a parallel to the night of long knives for Trump sending troops into Washington. It kind of makes sense. More of a tactic to scare opposing politicians while also terrorizing citizens to get what he wants

Every time he does something like this his drinking should be questioned and his substance abuse issues should be brought forward again. He said he would work on matters and he clearly isn't, no one sane and sober would be tweeting that, surely? And if not, surely he can explain why he thinks something so laughable should be seriously considered. We know he won't because no one has the balls to actually question him harshly but the option is there.
