I was in the process of moving cities when he was shot, and both the guy helping us move and my brother started talking about it. My only response was wanting the conversation to end. I knew he was fine, cause if he wasn't, the convo would've been very different

There are some in Ohio who will vote based on issues and to support democratic values/norms … it’s just not a great news story and some may not want to advertise different views out of fear.

While we were walking back along the beach, one guy just stopped in his tracks while looking at his phone and yelled it out. We let him report to us on it and managed to stay present in our hangout without getting glued to our phones.
