He made a lot of headlines for his unorthodox style during the midterms iirc, and positioned himself as being kind of a progressive liberal for a while... until he stopped doing that. I don't know, I can't even remember the guy's name at the moment... which maybe is enough reason to disqualify him (or maybe it's just a brain fart). I'd be interested to know how he's been doing though, and if he's really betrayed the progressive principles he seemed to run on THAT much.

There’s a “Cat Tour” visiting cats of the Wedge area near Uptown in the summer that draws hundreds of people as we take over the roads and block traffic. People cheer and point when a cat jumps up an apartment window… someone dresses up their cat and plays guitar on their porch… people carry signs asking to “show us your kitties”. It’s beautiful. We should probably rally for Omar to earmark more funds just for this if I’m being honest.

Joe Manchineel sucks rotten ostrich eggs but at least his concerns are connected to West Virginia. He’s wrong, but wrong within normal parameters. There simply is not a Dem equivalent to ‘All Mexicans Are Drug Dealing Rapists!!!’ Or ‘COVID was a Chinese Bioweapon!!’ Dems have pie in the sky schemes to provide healthcare while R’s worry about Jewish space lasers. We need a normal conservative party but we get Twitter trolls and lunatics instead.
