There's things expected next week that will prevent me from working on my artworks for a few days but at the very least I'll make sure to finish the ongoing OC illustration I started last month.**

**Note: I thankfully got better since last post. What happened last week was sudden and unexpected. I was already feeling exhausted with all the everyday worries and world news, so that urgent issue overwhelmed me.
The situation I'm dealing with isn't a big danger but can aggravate with time. So far it's under control but will take months to be fully fixed, which is frustrating to me. But at least I have a better assessment of the issue and I'm dealing with it alongside my loved ones.
I'm staying vague for privacy purpose but it's not health related.

The accumulating troubles are really making me pessimistic though. I don't know if I could stomach other bad stuff happening on top of that. My mind can't focus on art when I feel helpless.

I'm clearly FAR from being the unluckiest artist in the world, but if you can say something to cheer me up, please do here or through PM. I really need it right now.**

***Note: my apologies about the delay. We're going through some worrying times that got me pretty anxious and making me reevaluate what I used to take for granted.
To end the summer I felt like drawing my OCs in a beach night setting but I unfortunately couldn't finish it in time before September.
While I usually stick to simple backgrounds to save time, I actually like to draw them and would love to practice them more. It's just that no matter what, a proper and detailed background always demand time and is more often than not, optional in NSFW art.***

Sorry again for the delay and the unfinished artwork. Hope the latest batch would be enjoyable or interesting regardless.

**Note: while I was having my vacation last week, I often caught myself thinking about how to improve the "Who Let The Dog Out" first draft. It seems I miss making comic or more generally drawing series of pictures with narrative intent. There's something really exciting about building a story.
Considering its scale, WLTDO will be a long time commitment project so I'm considering putting it on hold and prioritize a shorter project first.
"Opposites Attracts" could be shorter, but I'm afraid it won't be by much.
"Dirty Work" may work as series of small segments, but it's far from being fully defined in my head.
Or maybe I can draw a series of pictures of Catnip's summer vacation. Or I can pick a few panels from WLTDO and fully render them to show how it would look like finalized.
So many options...**

here comes the fourth weekly warmup sketches batch of July and the first half of the storyboard for "Who Let The Dog Out".

***Note: apologies about the delay, the latest weeks been quite stressful for the nsfw artists community. All that commotion really made focusing on elaborate tasks a painful slog. Starting the WLTDO storyboard was rough but I got more invested as it progressed. It's a first draft so you can expect many flaws like design inconsistencies, typos, poorly chosen words and unnecessary scenes.(no self depreciation, it's a normal part of the process) Feedbacks are very welcome. The full storyboard will be available in the underused WIP section available to higher tiers.

Now if you excuse my I won't delay my vacation further. I'll be back next week!***

I wrote this message just to inform you that I'm ok right now.

The post that got published not long ago was a scheduled message in case serious circumstances prevent me from accessing my account for over a month.
I'm really horrified that this message may have worried sick the people who saw it and I profusely apologize for this mistake. I suppose it at least demonstrated that I'm always prepared for the worst and not willing to let my supporters in the dark for too long if something happened to me.

I'm still there and doing my best to keep going.

**Note: had a nice peaceful vacation and took the time to think about what I'm gonna do as Patreon exclusives next. Improving by practicing animation is an important goal to me but I'm also considering doing comics again. Some stories I have in mind are very old, in fact so old that the series I was initially parodying aren't hot anymore. Maybe repurposing those with original characters would be a smart move. In any case, comics demand at least months of commitment which is very tricky to handle.

And did I mentioned that I have the urge to draw Maya Fey lately?**

***Note: I have a frustrating relationship with animation. My knowledge is significant but I lack actual practice. I don't have a good sense of the bigger picture and painstakingly focus on trivial details. This Maya/Mayoi loop is the result and I feel like it's very little for the time I spent on it. (=3=')

I'm now going to take a vacation next week and will return on May 5th. It won't affect my usual 4 updates a month schedule.
