I listened to this episode twice and still have no idea what trump was indicted for. Can you guys please say what happened before you comment on it.

2023-04-10 15:39:42 +0000 UTCI really kinda fear Katie’s take almost gives trump too much power. There is literally no time when they won’t play the “it’s too close to an election” defense. And this same hesitation is what got roe vs wade overturned. My guess is other prosecutors are also hesitating for the exact same reason katie has. It just feels so hopeless like any direction we go to fight back against fascism is always met with this hesitancy. Sorry if this is too negative, I just really wish we could get a united front on something And prosecuting trump for crimes is 100% the right choice why is this somehow bad?
