Thanks a ton for putting this one together. One of the hardest things about finding common ground with family that's completely off the deep end about their politics is trying to sift through all the propaganda-driven stuff to get to the bits that don't just come from some four hour mirror of a video already taken down from other sites because it's full of insane bullshit. Part of the fun of not being in a death cult is that you can easily point to elected officials that aren't OBVIOUS grifters and marathon crime-doers and go, "yep, that dude's doing super suspect shit too, and that should be looked into more." I have zero problem with people who fuck around finding out, and if it can be proven, absolutely nail all these skeevy douches. You don't get a free pass for grifting just because you have the right letter attached to your political affiliation, and it's good that The Showdy is being objective about this stuff. Dude's shady, is what I'm getting at. It's not okay to support shady dudes. They should be punished if they can be proven that they were doing illegal stuff, which unfortunately it sure sounds like this guy tiptoes around a lot better than Orange Crimes Magoo.
