2022-10-10 11:47:45 +0000 UTCI applaud the channel's and Cody's willingness to include gays, roomba-fuckers, and haircut-consumers (is that what they go by?) in the description of who benefits. But seriously there was a line that I'd like to draw out. "Not just people who need mental health care, but everybody".... One way we get to that shift in awareness is to simply see those two as the same thing. If anyone can have mental health issues, and need care, then the venn diagram of those is just a circle. Everyone. Our culture could include everyone in our communities as needing mental health consideration, care and assistance in the same way we all need social interaction or medical assistance. De-stigmatizing mental health care alone would benefit everyone in society, it should be clear.
