screen: Create Challenge

I spent a lot of time discovering different adult indie games and notice that most of them have terrible interfaces. Of course, we came here for boobs, not the buttons! But please, in some games I can't even found the body - I don't understand where to press!
For NF3D I'm trying to keep UI simple, obvious and self explaining, but powerful enough to handle complex mechanisms behind the screen. Before I provide you with further details — what can YOU say about this screen? Do you understand what should be done here? Do some part looks completely mysterious to you?
