Yes, if Alya didn't have the Fox Miraculous, Hawk Moth (you can't make me call him the other thing) would have won. He wouldn't have gotten his way, but Cat Noir's Miraculous undoubtedly would've been lost, Adrien, uncovered, chaos as we know it. Good job Alya!
