Today I would like to show you an illustration of a character named Akira Yamamoto from "Yamato 2199".
I drew this illustration for a doujinshi a long time ago.
In the original version of the anime, this character was originally a male character, but in the remake of "Yamato 2199," it was changed to a female character.
It was a good decision to make her a female character, as she seems to have gained popularity thanks to that.

今日は「ヤマト2199」から山本玲というキャラクターのイラストです。
昔同人誌用に描いたものです。
アニメでこのキャラクターは過去のオリジナル版ではもともと男性キャラクターだったみたいですが、リメイク版の「ヤマト2199」では女性キャラクターに変更されました。
おかげで人気も出たみたいで女性にしたのは正解でしたね。
