I haven't seen your reactions to these episodes yet so I don't know if you have come to the same conclusion but I have just seen Robustus and the ending to that episode makes me think at some point they are going to kill Adrien not permanently but in a big two part episode Adrien will die at the very end of part 1 and somehow in part 2 they will find a way to bring him back the reason I say this is Hawkmoth wish is obviously to bring back Adrien's mom but in Robustus we learned that the wish works in a monkey's paw kind of way where your wish is granted but something bad happens in return so my prediction is Hawkmoth will eventually get both Miraculous make his wish bring back Adrien's mom but in the process accidently kill Adrien because you know monkey's paw then Hawkmoth and Ladybug will have to work together to find a way to undo the wish and bring Adrien back.
