I was going to say Phantom Lady (Angel Blade) and Marjo (Time Bokan) for how ridiculously oversized you'd made their hats in the past, but the other suggestions make me feel I had missed the whole point of this theme...

Sometimes ancient fairy magic can take things the other direction, for as one curvaceous leprechaun lass shows they can on occasion be 8 ft tall. "Oh? Surely ye not be here with ponderances of takin my gold, eh, short stuff?"
