This version of Mad Cat is a recurring "antagonist" who gets sent out to try to assassinate Inspector Gidget from stealth so the villain-of-the-week can carry out their scheme, but the Inspector always mistakes her attacks for something innocent or causes some kind of accident that foils the attempt without even realizing she's there. Whatever the shenanigans, the end result is that she always ends up naked and running from an obsessed furry.
