You could make a poll from some of the runners up of previous polls or mix them in with new choices. For new characters for polls like Ocho said you could look into characters from the Fate series (Scathach, Medusa or Kiara Sessyoin would be nice to see). Blazblue, Guilty Gear, and My Hero Acadamia would be cool series to see some characters from in polls.

Wouldn't mind seeing some DC females drawn Mkon. on a personal note there's a strange lack of GTS/BE related content surrounding the Main females of the Witcher game series. something I aim to correct. :)
