Sorry for the late reply, but the three other instances I know of are: 180722, 190527, 200613. I don't know which "batch" each of those is in, but searching the files or narrowing the archives to those years and months should help. I called her the "beached whale" because her debut (afaik) has a young child pointing out a "whale" to her mother.
