(She really is girl/woman because despite only being a few years old since she's a gear rather than human her aging process is different. In fact in her first appearance she is technically 2 years old but is physically and mentally 16 or 17.) Though admittedly part of it is her having a really interesting aesthetic being each of her wings has it's own personality and form with one taking an angelic form and one taking a grim reaper form. Plus the whole her marrying Ky and then the whole Ky finding out that his rival is her father. The scene plays out hilariously.
