It'll most likely be a while as I don't see Phoebe interfering before Maochon is taken care of and by that point Percy will have little need as he'll have a stranglehold on Remoir himself.

It would be nice if he experimented through Archibald with a clone to see if life would be a better element than pure for him. Anything and everything on beast mana, I know the vault is a lesser spring but by comparing options across the universe he may learn better methods to enhance, alter, or make elixir production more efficient. Learning all the elements for the rings, what they look like, and every known mana source location. I think he's getting really close from being a promising child to a useful mortal and partner for Metatron to go out into the universe. I know Metatron's personality is an evil scientist but I think it's also partially to ensure Percy is capable enough of infiltrating, bartering, and keeping secrets on the stage and level Metatron needs to operate on.
