I find anatomically accurate angels are more interesting. Seriously some YouTube shorts go really into depth.

2025-12-22 14:18:51 +0000 UTCYeah you are right, the extra mana of 2 composites might be worth it though. But it kind of depends the dance gives great mana regeneration. So having 2 twice as much mana only matters if you can output really strong spells. But something like gabes light attacks, can actually exceed his resistance to heat if they are boosted enough. So no point in using too big attacks. Well something like soul or most other elements would not have the problem of harming the user.

2025-12-22 11:43:44 +0000 UTCI think both Percy & Nesha demonstrate that the optimal combos are 1 rare affinity + 1 elemental composite affinity. Rare affinities give you unique options that are hard to deal with, but usually lack basic offence & defence, so a 2nd rare affinity would leave you quite exposed. Composites are great, but there’s too much overlap in their capabilities - both earth & water can be used defensively & for battlefield control; fire, air & lightning enhance damage & mobility. Plasma, light, mud & sound make you a bit one-sided, but all the others already give you the basic tools, so I think a second composite would be a bit marginal.

So Gabe has to get an Earth affinity changing treasure to be of any use to Elaine, as he has Fire and Air and can get lightning from Percy, as Elaine already has Water, only elemental affinity that will help both Gabe and Elaine is Earth. And that will give Gabe: Fire, Air, Earth, Lightning, Light, Metal, Plasma, Lava, Dust and Sound as stable affinities. Seriously overpowered arsenal. And Elaine gets, Water, Lightning, Earth, Acid, Mud, Metal as stable affinities. Also a good arsenal of affinities.

2025-12-22 07:24:48 +0000 UTCOnly two element composites are stable/natural and have mana channels. Any other fusion of affinities is unstable and doesn't have its own mana channels naturally. I'm assuming a Life Titan could make mana channels for one, but it wouldn't be practical b/c each unstable fusion is extremely rare since there are multiple results even for the same combination of affinities.

2025-12-22 07:20:02 +0000 UTC4 different affinities (with 2 cores having each 2 affinities) could actually combined into 15 different combinations (4 possible combinations of 1 affinity, 6 combination of 2 affinities , 4 combinations of 3 affinities, 1 combination of 4 affinities). The simple case with 2 affinities with 1 core was Micky that had water, air and frost from the same core. Maybe some of the 15 combinations are physically impossibles and have not been explained (or does not create specific mana channels)?
